Frequently Asked Shipping Questions:

1. What Shipping services do you use?
   
   Generally, we ship via UPS Ground. If your package is under 1 lb., we will send it
   via USPS regular mail. If you prefer an expedited method, you will need to call us to make the arrangements. Our shopping cart doesn't allow for this choice!
   
   
2. When will my package ship to me?
   
   We try to ship packages within 2-3 days after receiving your order. If you order over
   the weekend, this may be delayed a little bit.
   
   During the summer months, due to the potential of excessive heat during shipping,
   please allow UP TO 2 weeks for delivery.
   
   
3. How much will my shipping cost be? And how do you figure shipping costs?
   
   Your shipping cost depends on the total of your order. Please see the chart below to
   see what your shipping cost will be. (Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders are
   NOT the same costs as the shipping chart. Please call for information and do not place your order online!)
